    Hello
    I have new website that is not finished yet but i need to create nice navigation bar on top.
    here is link to unfinished site: http://www.designfantasy.net
    And on top you see there is navigation already but that is only letters and it is very basic...How can i create some nice navigation with some hovver effects or maybe something similar?

    You've already got some hover effects there. Depending on the level of complexity you want it to be - if you want a decent one, go with what webby said up there. If you want something really fancy looking check out some jQuery tutes.
