    I am having problems with this image gallery. It uses an image in a list then a higher resolution image inside of a span. The span is hidden until hovered upon. Once hovered on, a larger image pops into the top right corner. Doesn't work in IE....WHY? I can't figure out a hack on my own.

    <style type="text/css">

    ul, li, {
    margin: 0;
    padding: 0;

    ul {
    position: relative;
    width: 500px;
    height: auto;
    margin: auto;

    li {
    list-style-type: none;

    img {
    width: 100px;

    ul li:hover span {
    position: absolute;
    top: 0;
    right: 0;

    ul li span img {
    display: none;

    ul li:hover span img {
    display: inline;
    width: 300px;

    <div id="gallery">

    <img src="images/activity.jpg">
    <span><img src="images/activity.jpg"></span>

    <img src="images/chase.jpg">
    <span><img src="images/chase.jpg"></span>

    <img src="">
    <span><img src="images/chase.jpg"></span>

    <img src="images/activities-fishing.jpg">
    <span><img src="images/activities-fishing.jpg"></span>

    <img src="">
    <span><img src=""></span>
