    I have a capstone project for school. I have requested to be allowed to build a website that has a lot of coding and database integration into it. There are a couple of things id like to implement into this that im unsure how to write in asp.net.

    1. Allow a print button once clicked will open a new page with the structure changed and a way the print feature will come up so someone can print it.

    2. Add an email button so once someone hits the email button it will take the listing and open your default web service to be emailed.

    any ideas?

    1. Allow a print button once clicked will open a new page with the structure changed and a way the print feature will come up so someone can print it.
    1. Make a new page that uses a separate CSS file styled for print.

    On the print page, add this code for your button:

    <form>
    <input type="button" value=" Print this page "
    onclick="window.print();return false;" />
    </form>

    Make your button on the first page link to the print page.

    2. Add an email button so once someone hits the email button it will take the listing and open your default web service to be emailed.
    2. Copy and paste this code into your HTML where you would like the email button to appear:
    <form>
    <input type="button" value="Email Me"
    onClick="location.href='mailto:you@yourdomain.com'">
    </form>
    Style the buttons in your CSS for colour etc.

    an alternative method:
    <a href="mailto:you@yourdomain.com"><img src="images/emailButtonImage.jpg"/></a>

    (make sure the path to the image is correct - you may prefer to use absolute path rather than relative path)
