    You could do it with just JavaScript, e.g:

    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE html>
    <html>
        <head>
            <title>Rate Calculator</title>
            <script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.6.4/jquery.min.js"></script>
            <script type="text/javascript">
                $(document).ready(function() {
                    var rent;
                    var current_fees;
                    var extra_value;

                    $("#rent").keyup(function() {
                        rent = $(this).val();
                        calculateExtraValue();
                    });

                    $("#current-fees").keyup(function() {
                        current_fees = $(this).val();
                        calculateExtraValue();
                    });

                    function calculateExtraValue() {
                        if(rent != null && current_fees != null) {
                            extra_value = ((current_fees/100)*(rent * 52)) - ((5.5/100)*(rent * 52));
                            $("#extra-value").val(extra_value);
                            $("#extra-value").val(parseFloat($("#extra-value").val()).toFixed(2));
                        }
                    }

                });
            </script>
        </head>

        <body>
            <label for="rent">Rent</label><br>
            <input type="text" name="rent" id="rent" /><br>

            <label for="current-fees">Your Current Agent's Fees</label><br>
            <input type="text" name="current-fees" id="current-fees" /><br>

            <label for="extra-value">Extra Value per year</label><br>
            <input type="text" name="extra-value" id="extra-value" /><br>
        </body>

    Well, make sure you have jQuery loaded:

    Code:
    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.6.4/jquery.min.js"></script>
            <script type="text/javascript">
    Then under it in the head put the following, but replace the 3 text input ID's with the name of your own text inputs (If you have them already, Is the image above a screenshot? or Photoshop mockup).

    Code:
    <script type="text/javascript">
                $(document).ready(function() {
                    var rent;
                    var current_fees;
                    var extra_value;

                    $("#rent").keyup(function() {
                        rent = $(this).val();
                        calculateExtraValue();
                    });

                    $("#current-fees").keyup(function() {
                        current_fees = $(this).val();
                        calculateExtraValue();
                    });

                    function calculateExtraValue() {
                        if(rent != null && current_fees != null) {
                            extra_value = ((current_fees/100)*(rent * 52)) - ((5.5/100)*(rent * 52));
                            $("#extra-value").val(extra_value);
                            $("#extra-value").val(parseFloat($("#extra-value").val()).toFixed(2));
                        }
                    }

                });
            </script>
