    Hi,

I'm finally getting my first WP theme together - but have been having issues with the semi-transparent background. Whenever I try to edit/re-position it, it shifts other things around.

I'm trying to position the div so it'll be only as wide as the menu, but 100% in width, as it is.

    The website is: kevindavison.ca

Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong would be greatly appreciated, so tired of trying to 'get' this.

    Thanks

I'm not sure what you mean. It looks okay to me.

Can you maybe screen cap or draw what you're talking about? I just can't see it.

    Hi TheGame,

If you'll look at the attached, you'll see what I mean. kevindavison.ca/kevin.jpg
Any which way I try to do this, it always seems to shift both my menu and header around. So frustrating! I don't know how to work it in there when the width needs to be less than something else already in there ... hope that made sense!

    Thank you

I don't see any difference either, except in the live site the header image has a dark border around it.
    Can you explain more clearly?
