    With the info from a free HTML site i put a IMG SRC tag in the <TD> tag. Yet, that does not seem to work i can see the img. its just that the table is overlapping it. Also, i was wondering can i change the Default white background's tranparency so that my img. can show through?

    Try either the old way (pure HTML):
    Code:
    <table background="path/to/image.gif">
    or the new and better way (HTML + CSS):
    Code:
    <table style="background-image:url('path/to/image.gif')">

    attach the html file. That way you dont have to upload anything to your server.

    i think you can change the transparency with CSS.
