    Hi all, in a spot and need some help wrapping text around an image. Despite my best efforts I just can't get the text to wrap. I initially designed the page in the belief this wouldnt be an issue. However, as the text increases the need for wrapping has become obvious.
    Heres the page as it stands:

    Heres the html:
    HTML Code:
    <link    rel = "stylesheet"
            type = "text/css"
            href = "index.css" />
    </head>
    <body id="funerals">
    <div id="all">
    <div id="image">
    <img src="Images/TreeVertical.jpg" />
    </div>
    <div id = "menu">
    <ul>
    <li id="funeralscurrent"><a href = "/">Funerals</a></li>
    <li><a href = "Blessings.html">Blessings</a></li>
    <li><a href = "Naming.html">Naming Ceremonies</a></li>
    <li><a href = "About.html">About</a></li>
    <li><a href = "Contact.html">Contact</a></li>
    </ul>
    </div>
    <div id="funeraltext">
    Lorem ipsum etc
    </div>
    </body>
    </html>
    and here's the CSS:
    Code:
    #all    {
        margin-left:auto;
        margin-right:auto;
        width: 800px;
        height: 2000px;
        background-color: #000000;
        color: #FFFFFF;
                }
    #image    {
        width: 285px;
        height: 720px;
        background-color: #000000;
        text-align: left;
        margin-left:0px;
        margin-right:auto;
        margin-top: 0px;
        z-index: 0;
            }
    #menu        {
            width:515px;
            height:80px;
            color: #000000;
            font-size:119%;
            text-align: center;
            border-bottom: solid #333333 3px;
        position:relative; top:-750px; left:285px;
                }
    #menu li    {

            list-style-type:none;
            float:left;
            width:5em;
            text-align:center;
            padding-bottom:1px;
            margin-top:28px;
            }
    #funeraltext{
        font-family: Century Schoolbook;
        position:relative; top:-720px; left:300px;
        right:0;
        width:50%;
        height:20px;
        padding: 5px;
        letter-spacing: 2px;
        font-size: 120%;
        color: #FFFFFF;
            }
    I normally try to learn through hints but this is a personal site for my business that launches next week when I'm away on training. If anyone can help me by just posting the corrections to my code it would take a huge load off.
    Many thanks, Lol

    Looking at your code it's too much of a mess for a simple solution, sorry.

    I would advise you do it again from scratch. 2 divs floating left with the first div margin right 20px or so. That will be enough.
    OR one div with the image having padding-right and some padding-bottom will be good.
    As it is you have a lot of Div's just wasting and making an easy layout hard.

    Is this live somewhere - on a development server perhaps? Post a link if so - I have had some success with wrapping text but can't reproduce the issue from the code you posted.

    I felt guilty saying I'd do it then not so I've spent an hour cleaning it all up and adding a couple things I thought you might like.
    Here's the live preview: http://robbydesigns.com/temp/funeral-help/

    I'll need your details to send the zip with PSD logo as there is no Private Message facility on this forum.

    Hope it helps.
