I want to recreate EXACTLY how the menus work (scroll bars and all) at this site http://www.pilcreativegroup.com/, using HTML5/CSS3 and some jQuery/JavaScript maybe... but am a little lost... where would I start and how would I go about this without using Flash....

    Thanks in advance!

Sorry to tell you this but I don't think there is any way on re-creating that menu using html - CSS 3, I think you will have to use Flash

It would be really cool if I could get the menus to stay active once i click one... but I haven't had any luck so far...
