Could someone please tell me where my code is wrong for the menu on my site? It has other elements overlap it in the contact section of the menu.

Set the z-index of your contact form to any number higher than 6.

Your problem isn't the menu...it's that you've absolutely positioned other elements in the document that don't need to be (i.e. the ones that overlap) the menu itself. If you can remove the absolute positioning from those, you'll solve your issue as well.
