    Please help. I embedded a Google Map Maker map location on my site. I'm getting 19 errors and 9 warnings when I do a W3C validation If someone doesn't mind looking and giving me any idea on how I can fix it. I chose this map because it fully displays an information bubble inside the map. I couldn't embed a regular Google map of my location without it hiding most of my bubble about my location. I'd just do it that way if I could the location on my site is:

    1 click pc . com / location . html

    minus the spaces of course.

    Per the general help on the W3C validation site I changed the & to & amp, but that didn't work.

    This is my first site with after reading a html book and tons of help online. I'm at a loss here.

    I attached a picture of what I'm seeing in Dreamweaver.

    I'm not sure if you know about this, since this is your first try and all, but...

    https://developers.google.com/maps/d...on/javascript/

    This is what you should be using to embed your maps. It requires some more learning on your part, but it's not particularly difficult to learn...and they give you lots of examples. It'll be much easier to use this than anything...you could even do things like customize the marker if you want.

    I agree, don't iFrame in a map... and get rid of that table for the text. Tables are for data.

    Thanks guys. I'll start work on it tonight. The table needs to go for sure. I have them on a couple other pages too. They were easy to space the data out for me. After I finish my last two pages I'll ask for some direction in the forums on cleaning up my mess ups. I'll write that down though! I'm sure you could. I need to add content.... lots of it. My pages are barren.

    Like you said... "data" not text. Put your text in a <div class="whatever"> text here </div> and define how the text will look in the CSS file. like this:

    .whatever {
    color: black;
    font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
    font-size: 100%;
    color: #FFFFFF;
    margin: 0px;
    padding: 0px;
    background-color: #3C3C3C;
    font-weight: 400;
    text-align: center;
    }
