I have a website still under developement www.jawaunesaad.com. I just recently put a flash slideshow on the billboard section of the homepage. This is the first time I've ever used flash. The flash slideshow is working fine but Im having a small problem with layout now. It seems to only look right in google crome but there are problems in firefox and internet explorer. When you look at it in firefox the button is not showing. This button is not a part of the flash but just a linked button that's absolutely positioned over the slide show. The big problem is in internet explorer because my navigation drop down menus are going underneath the slideshow.

You would think that the simplest answer to the problem would be to change the z-indexing of the layers. I was wondering if someone would look at it and try using firebug or the inpect element tool to get it to look right in all 3 browsers. Please help me because I tried everything I know and I'm stomped. Just go to www.jawaunesaad.com nd you will see exactly what I'm talking about.

I wouldn't waste your time with Flash, especially if it is your first time using it (if someone views your site on mobile device, Flash does not play well with others!). DL a free image slider like (http://www.serie3.info/s3slider/). Much better looking, broader range of compatibility, much lighter, and the end user has control of navigation (pause, next, etc). Also, with this slider, the developer will do the work for you for $50 if you are having issues!
