I am currently working on fullscreen video and fullscreen swf for two different project.
I set for both the width and height to 100% and padding all 0,
For the video, i have .webm and .mp4 format

When i view in localhost or double click the index.html, both work nicely and fine in all browser.
However when i upload everything to public_html, and view from a url,
the video keep on jerking and stopped in safari and chrome.
for firefox ,it couldnt play ,show a white screen.

    The swf when view from
chrome became 1/3 of the screen.
    safari work fine
    firefox show a white screen

Browser are updated to the latest version
How do i solve it? Is there an explanation behind it?

Can you make a test page so we can test it out and look at it.
It doesn't have to be your real webpage, just a test page that you duplicate somewhere.

Do you mean you're using basic html, or do you mean something else?
if you make a test page you could post it here so we could all help you!

    Hi everyone,

    Thank you.

The code that I use are basic html and css but i do not know how to tweet to make it work fine.

I manage to upload everything and I am still facing this problem.

I placed a game .swf and a music video just as a demo to let you all see.

The problem i faced are :
    For the video
    hang in safari
    keep on jerking in chrome.
for firefox ,it couldnt play ,show a white screen.

    The swf
chrome became 1/3 of the screen.
    safari work fine
    firefox show a white screen

Do you all have any solution to tweak and solve this to work fine?
    Thank you.

This is my school requirement :banghead:

    The video situation with HTML5:
    See this: http://www.longtailvideo.com/html5/preload

There are preload functions to make it load before it plays,
thus eliminating the stops and starts. This is the actual HTML5
specifications ... really hard and complicated looking (to me anyhow).
    http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/media-ele...-media-preload

So I guess you buffer more of the video before it plays. How much to
buffer depends on the length of movie and your server? Maybe someone
has a simpler example than the W3C instruction set.
