I'm building a site for a customer, and they want a "Call Us" button for users of mobile phones viewing the site. How can I create this and have it disabled or hidden on regular desktops? Is there a good solution for this?

Most smart phones recognize proper formatting of phone numbers ( at least iPhones and androids do ), without you doing anything other than using a standardized phone number format.
Well, it didn't work here, but it works on almost every site I see phone numbers on ???
Thanks for the info. I knew iphone did it, I just wasn't sure if android did or not. I guess I can put a "Mobile Users Click To Call" next to it or something. The customer wants something like this. I wasn't sure if there was a way to put something like this an have it hidden on desktops.
Thanks!
Well, actually there is... The same mobile detection script can be used to do a lot of things.
One would be turning on a DIV or show a button...
Kinda like googles click to call from their places section
Just use the tel:*phone number goes here* as a link on the phone number or text. I've just finished upgrading a site using this method.
Go take a look. I've got it running on the numbers and the call buttons.

For the record, my Windows Phone 7.5 Nokia Lumia 900 recognizes phone numbers.
