    How can I do this page transparent like this page on the NEWS http://home.arcor.de/l4in/index1.htm ? I need it but I have no idea how can I do it.

    Looking at his source, this is how he did it: He used a regular background image, and then made his text scroll within the table cell:

    Use opacity (only supported by Gecko and IE rendering engines afaik) in the style-sheets.
