    Reza - you are a fairly new member here, and while we encourage members to ask questions and share knowledge, you seem to be using these forums as a teaching resource.
    I have been following your posts, and you are asking questions that are easily answered by doing a little research on Google.
    You should really try to figure things out before asking here. We are here to help, not to do it for you.

    I did google most of my questions. And I am not trying to waste anyone's time here.

    The short handed code for background is background, there is no other way. Well if you do something like this

    #bg {
    background: #fff url(..images/background-image.jpg) no-repeat left top;
    }

    you can do many ways, its depend what you trying to achieve in your design or what ever. If you have any questions your welcome to ask me.
