The input fields don't allow user to type information everything else on the form works. I tested it in IE6. Is this a known bug? I'm not sure what code is needed to correct this problem.

Before I look at this page, is there a reason for your client to be concerned about IE6? Unless he's marketing to China, there's pretty well no good reason to worry about it.

She said she has an old computer and thats what they use in their business. If its not a big deal I can let her know to upgrade her browser or maybe even leave a note on the page that if they have an old version they need to upgrade their IE Browser

I am sorry to bother I tried to explain to my client that she needs to update her browser but shes not getting it. I even sent her a link to upgrade. So is there a fix to make her happy because she keeps nagging me about it, or can anyone point me in the right direction as to what to do to research this?
