    What's the best method to create rollover images. Should you use CSS or HTML? Haven't touched my website in a while and was thinking about using rollovers to present some of my artwork for my portfolio page.

    I think you meant CSS or javascript; however I like using css sprite myself. http://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/b...as-css-sprite/
