    Would this be considered a two column layout? You have some headers which span the entire main container, and you have two content columns, the phones as well as the right nav bar with the categories. Then you have some footer elements.

    Is that a two column layout? I'm trying to design a similarly laid out site.

    They have 12 different css files for that page. You can look at the css yourself, and the html, just by right clicking and viewing the source. The css files should be clickable while viewing source.
