    Hi,

    using Firefox 10.0.12 on Linux I used to watch my stocks by auto-refreshing a page containing two frames using the code below.

    Code:
    <HTML>
    <HEAD>
    <TITLE>Watchlist Reloader</TITLE>
    <LINK REL="SHORTCUT ICON" HREF="file:///home/user/pictures/consors.ico">
    <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="120; url=file:///home/user/html/refresh.html" />
    </HEAD>
    <FRAMESET COLS="70%,30%">
    <FRAME SRC="https://www.cortalconsors.de/euroWebDe/-?$part=Transversal.Desks.Watchlist.content.watchlist&s_login=true" NAME=Consors_Watchlist>
    <FRAME SRC="http://www.bondboard.de/forum/forumdisplay.php?3-Corporate-Bonds" NAME=Corporate_Bonds>
    </FRAMESET>
    </HTML>
    This has been working fine for years, but now cortalconsors have changed their web design and their page is no longer loaded into the first frame. I have already

    - updated the address / full src="..." path
    - tried with their home page SRC="http://www.cortalconsors.de/"
    - tried without the meta http-equiv="refresh"
    - tried with css / iframe

    The result is always that the bondboard frame is loaded but not the cortalconsors frame, even when swapping the frame positions.

    In the empty frame, "this frame -> view frame info" shows "address: about/blank".

    I guess the guys are preventing that their web pages are loaded within a frame. But how? And how can I work around this?

    Thanks for any clues...

    You can't. That's the answer. it's controlled by the publisher.

    So you'll have to find another site to use, I guess.
