Why Is This TABLE Messed Up? (link)

I cannot fix this table no matter what Lemon Detox Diet- How I Lost 47 lbs . Why is there a blue space on top of my yellow optin box? It keeps forcing the height of the table to be that high as long as I have the white image there on the left, which doesn't even take up all that space. This is extremely annoying as I only want the table to be as high as the yellow box. Setting the tr td or table height with style="height:230px" does not change anything.

    Will thank for answers

using CHROME "insepect element"... it's showing that your CSS doesn't actually define the height as you think. shows a height of 274...

but I suspect it's a combination of things,,, mixing inline CSS and external pages sometimes creates issues that are hard to detect.

the chrome inspector also shows a lot of potential issues

Well what potential issues could there be? Tables are frustrating to me as I run into all these weird problems. Before I added the white image on the left, the height of the table was perfect(the exact height of the yellow box on the right).

But since I add the white image on the left, it adds all this extra vertical space, making the table taller, and I just don't see why or how to fix it.

It's not the table at all. It's your #nav-container. You've got a margin-bottom of 3em set to it. Set it to 0 and it'll be fine.
