Fuctional Navigation Bar (Newbie Web Designer)

I have attached a navigation bar that I want to use on my website. I would like this navigation bar to be able to function. Does anyone know how I would be able to do that? I know I need to use an unordered list but I'm lost after that. It is simpler to make a navigation bar myself in dreamweaver but I liked this one so I bought it. The file is psd but I need to convert this navigation bar to html and css in dreamweaver so it is functional and you can click on each menu which it takes you to a different page. Can anyone point me in the right direction of how to do this? Confused

You bought the graphics WITHOUT the scripts and components to actually use it in a site ?

seriously ? Heck, my 10 year old granddaughter ought to get in on that kind of deal... She's a whiz at creating graphics...she's still learning CSS and html5

i haven't bought anyone else's work in years, no idea someone could sell graphics for use as a nav bar bit they didn't supply actual working code.

what you're asking for is gonna be hard to explain in a forum...
