    I want to get the right part to be cut at the red line, aligning with the top part.

    Code:
    <body bgcolor="#FFFFFF">
    <body bgcolor="#FFFFFF">
    <div align="center">
      <p><b><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="3" color="#999933">Client Login</font></b></p>
      <form method="post" action="login.php" name="">
        <table width="50%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" bgcolor="#CED2D9">
          <tr>
            <td bgcolor="#CED2D9" width="25%">
              <div align="right"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Username
                : </font></div>
            </td>
            <td width="25%" bgcolor="#FFFFFF"> <font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">
              <input type="text" name="username">
              </font></td>
          </tr>
          <tr>
            <td width="25%" bgcolor="#CED2D9">
              <div align="right"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Password
                : </font></div>
            </td>
            <td width="25%" bgcolor="#CED2D9"> <font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">
              <input type="password" name="password"><font size="1"><a href="lostpass.html" target="_blank"><br>Lost Password</a><br>
              </font></td>
          </tr>
          <tr>
            <td width="50%" bgcolor="#CED2D9">&nbsp;</td>
            <td width="50%" bgcolor="#CED2D9">
              <input type="submit" value="Login" name="submit">
            </td>
          </tr>
        </table>
    That is html code. How would I do to cut the right part?

    You would have to use css to make your input boxes smaller, too small IMO.
    Code:
    input {
    width: 50px;
    }
    Play around with that until you get it right.
