    parking page with links out

    Hello all,

    I'm, just like many others, am learning.

    The task is to take a Parking Page on a website and have locations on it link out to vimeo facebook etc.

    The current page has a single PNG, and it's background is set. the PNG width is 100%

    What I need is to turn on 4 links out from specific locations on the PNG. I tried slicing it, and it doesn't seem to work. How do I do this? I have dreamweaver, photoshop, Notepad++, I just need help with this .
    Any ideas or suggestions, please just shout out!

    Thank you!!! :cold::cold::cold:

    Hey dude,

    You'll have to upload the file somewhere (as in a web host) and show us what it is that you're talking about. That way, we can see it and help you learn!

    So, the whole page is just one big image? I see in your code that you have something called "WWW_JEDLAB_BANNER_V7_100dpi.psd"
    if you can get that, it should be a layered image. Then it should be fairly simple to cut the layers into the images that you need.

    The way I'd do it would be to slice it up and use HTML and CSS to position t
    he various elements and code in the links. You're going to want to code in links for other stuff eventually, like the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

    I also have a question - how are you going about getting the site to be bilingual?
