    HTML Overlap Problem

Ok so I am new to web design so please bear with me....

I have a website that I designed with Adobe Muse to get it live quick, but I am now rebuilding (coding) it from scratch using dreamweaver because of the disastrous sloppy code that Muse spit out.

I am having a problem where the header is overlapping my links when resized (when the browser window is reduced in size). I have been trying to research how to fix it but I cannot figure it out for the life of me.

I have created this business catalyst site Brian Malone Graphic Design Portfolio so that you can see what I mean.

If anyone can offer a tip to help me fix this I would greatly appreciate it.

My live website is Brian Malone Graphic Designer and I want to figure out how to get the links to work like they do on this site.

    Thanks
