    A little HTML or CSS Issue? :)

    Hi Dear members,

    i have ( i think) a little issue with my test website. With the HTML or CSS...
    I am a starting webdesigner, and Iam still practice at this moment with free templates. Iam now working on a website with a few pages.

    I am having a problem.

    This is the website: Kinderopvang Fienelien

    I Got extended the menu, and renames it. So far so good. Only when i click for example, on "Over Fienelien", then the menu will be white, and he did not switch to the page I want. Then I can also not return, and he seems to get stuck, also below in the menu, it get stuck!

    I can also not find the link/reference into the code. I understand that the index code need more section, but considering I'm beginning webdesigner, I am now stuck there... and i'm lost it a little bit...

    I would like to ask your professional help! dear member!

    Can you tell me where it goes wrong, and what I have to do ...?

    Thanks a lot in advance!

    Regards, Carlos!

    In your menu, you have no actual links to any pages. Links do not look like this:
    <ul id="menu-list">
    <li class="active home-menu"><a href="#home">Home</a></li>
    <li class="about-menu"><a href="#about">Voorstellen</a></li>

    They should look something like this:
    <ul id="menu-list">
    <li class="active home-menu"><a href="index.html">Home</a></li>
    <li class="about-menu"><a href="about.html">Voorstellen</a></li>

    And actually your home page should be named index.html

    Good design should never say "Look at me!"
    It should say "Look at this." ~ David Craib ~ my current site . . ~ my email

    If you feel that someone's post helped you fix your problem, answered your question, or just made you feel better, feel free to "Like" their post. The "Like" link is at the bottom right of each post, along side the "reply" link. And if you are being helped here, try to help someone else - pass it on!

    I can guess 1 of 2 things.

    1. Each menu item needs a unique class or id. You seem to make your <li> lumped with multiple ones. There are multiple services and multiple contact classes.

    2. Looking at the console, you seem to be missing backstretch images. When I click on an item without backstretch, it cause errors in the console and the site freezes up when this happens as well.

    Uncaught Error: No images were supplied for Backstretch
