    Website Fitting All Screen Sizes

I'm designing a website and it's not fitting all screen sizes. Only mine, which is 1920x1080. I tested it out on a smaller laptop and it's completely messed up. I tried setting the CSS sheet for the body to 100% for both width and height but it doesn't correct the issue. Any ideas on what to do?

Without looking at the actual page, no.

body is always 100% of the screen size. You are going to want to look for the container divs. The parent one that holds your content.

If you are still designing it, might I suggest using a responsive system like bootstrap? It's rea;;y easy to learn and is friendly to mobile/tablet/computer screens.
