    Header Element Position Issue

I'm currently working on editing http://ink-n-iron.com and as you can see in the header there are some moving light objects that are linked to the .inner class, but I cannot figure out how to move JUST the lights without moving the entire div. Thoughts on where to look?

It's all inside a canvas element. Everything inside will be defined in one of the absurdly large number of JS files.

Just to add on to the above, the image is called lightbeam.png, I found the image in a cursory look but not the script that controls it. Hope that helps in some small way.
