    Image header won't align in the center

    Hey guys, I'm new here seeing as this is my first post
    I have been trying to fix my image header all day and the problem is either in my css or in my index.
    Here is what it looks like: beautybybelle.net

    Is it something I'm doing wrong on my css?
    Any help would greatly appreciated Thanks

    EDIT:

    So I finally got the header centered but my div background disappeared.Now this problem has been happening before the header problem. I have my codes right and have it under body{} in my style.css. Please help.Thank you <3

    It would be helpful to see a bit of code to get an idea of what you are trying to do.

    Hello, thanks for your reply. For my index.html, you can just view the code via "view source" because i have no idea how to post codes here without stretching the page. However, I can show you whats in my style.css..my content corresponds to .content or #content. As you can see here (beautybybelle.net), it is still messed up.

    body{
    background-color:#ffd9ec;
    margin:0px;
    color:#B1A7A1;
    font-familyerpetua, arial, san-serif;
    font-size:14;
    letter-spacing:1px;
    line-height:14px;
    }
    #content{
    background-image: url('images/header.jpg');
    background-repeat: no-repeat;
    width: 545px;
    height: 20px;
    color:#B1A7A1;
    align: center;
    font-familyerpetua, arial, san-serif;
    font-size:14;
    letter-spacing:1px;
    line-height:14px;

    Thanks for your help and any more would be greatly appreciated. Thank you !

    As your div is visible, I suppose you solve it. By the way, table layout design is not good idea :-)
