    Help with imported CSS

Greetings to all the members of Webdesign forums.
My name is Norrlandsson and I am a total noob as regards webdesign, but I am doing my best to get away from this position .

Yesterday I tried to apply an imported CSS that works for Wordpress to one of my projects by copying the code from a sample that shows how to use the code and customizing it with my content.
At a first glance (namely when I worked with it on my computer), it worked. The style was neat and everything fitted into place nicely.

When I uploaded the files to my host, everything went crazy and now I do not have any clue how to fix the error.
I must add that I do not use Wordpress at all on my host and I tried to "code" manually.

    1. This is how it should look like: Theme Demo

    2. This is how my website looks like: Welcome!

    Any lifeline/suggestions?

    Thanks a bunch!

I'm very confused - When you say you have imported the CSS, what exactly did you do?

I have looked at your code and it seems as if you are linking to the www. simplewpthemes. com/ site for all your linked files in the <head> of your document.

You say you are not using WordPress, but all the linked files link out to www. simplewpthemes. com/ themesdemos/ wp-content/ this (wp-content/) indicates that it is a WordPress site

Can you please describe your process more clearly?
Good design should never say "Look at me!"
It should say "Look at this." ~ David Craib ~ my current site . . ~ my email

If you feel that someone's post helped you fix your problem, answered your question, or just made you feel better, feel free to "Like" their post. The "Like" link is at the bottom right of each post, along side the "reply" link. And if you are being helped here, try to help someone else - pass it on!
