    Video code not working on all browsers

    Hello everyone, I'm working on a website, and I'm doing code so that depending on the screen size of the device, either an HD or SD movie file is loaded. This code below is working on the following browsers: Internet Explorer, Safari for Windows, Safari for mac, Firefox. However, on Chrome and Opera, it only loads the SD movie no matter what I try. I'm frankly stomped as i'm not even sure of what i'm doing. I'm putting this code in a codebox for a squarespace website if that makes a difference. no CSS has been injected into the site either.

    Here is my HTML5 code:

    HTML Code:
    <video controls>
       <source src="movieHD.mp4" type="video/mp4" media="screen and (min-device-width:801px)">
        <source src="movieSD.mp4" type="video/mp4" media="screen and (max-device-width:800px)">
    I would appreciate any and all feedback/help you guys can provide me. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
