    Exclamation Need help with my website!

    Hello, I need help with my website. I am having trouble with the background image. Is their a different code, besides

    background-image: url()

    and

    style="background-imge (something like this)

    This way, does not work for me. I am working on a website, and I am very stuck with the background image. Also, I have trouble height and weight, and I don't want my background to repeat, and thats not working either.

    I have been having these troubles, I have looked. Almost everwhere, I am about to give up, on this website. I really hope, to get this done and actually continue making my website.

    This is my code so far

    <!doctype html>
    <html>
    <head>
    <meta charset="UTF-8">
    <title>CyngelsDreamWorld</title>
    <img src="http://www.webdesignforums.net/forum/Img/style/header.png" width="1550" height="240" />
    <img src="http://www.webdesignforums.net/forum/Img/style/style header.png" width="1550" height="50" />
    <body style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: black;"
    </head>
    <div id="pagetop"></div>
    <div id="pagetop"></div>
    <div id="pagemiddle"><img src="http://www.webdesignforums.net/forum/Img/style/body.png" width="1870" height="2700" /></div>
    <div id="pagebottom"></div>
    </body>
    </html>
    I am using an php, editor. And I insert images thats, how they appear. But their not background images. And I grown tired of this constant game. And even, I use style="background-imge (something like this)
    The background turns white, and doesnt show the rest, I put. Like it disappears. I appreciate the help, if anyone can help me with these problems, I've been having.

    Why does the code below have .png.png twice?
    <img src="../Img/style/header.png.png" width="1550" height="240" />

    I did saw that, after I post that. And I change the code a bit, but that wasn't the problem. I tested it, afterwards and see if that was the problem. Still wasn't working. Instead, it disappears.

    This what I mean

    Untitled2.jpg

    The x is where, the image was.

    This might work

    <img src="Img/style/header.png" width="1550" height="240" />

    I don't know what you're folder structure is like so I don't know for sure.

    Your opening body tag is also inside the head of the file. With no closing bracket.

    I see? Thankyou that could be why its doing that. I'll fix that, and add the close option.

    Not really a show

    Here, but I am not sure, this will help much. Because, I have no way, to add my pictures to the code, because their not link pictures. Their from my computer desktop, and from folder.
