CSS And IE10...Drop Down Menu Problem.

So I was working on getting a template made by designing it mobile friendly first and I needed to put a css drop down menu to pull out the navigation. I am working on a computer with ie 10 since other programs I use have not yet been updated to newer browsers. But because of this I spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong with my css code because I couldn't get the menu to drop down!

Then I was on another computer and tested it only to find out it worked in that newer browser. So I am sure it is a cross browser issue.

I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix the issue of ie 10 not letting the menu expand? The link to the test template is at Template 1 and just ignore all the crazy stuff on the page. I just need to focus on the Drop down navigation menu at the top right (css is written for screens 400px and under and for 948px and up I think).

So if you know how to make this work in ie please help.

Validate your HTML, I'm sure you'll figure it out.

Thanks, I guess I should validate as I go along since this reminded me that I had a closing div tag when there wasn't an open one. But after fixing the errors I still have the same problem.

Prob has to do with the fact that your validating HTML 4 transitional and don't have a script type ( line 38) and there is an issue with the carousel script (getting $(...).carousel is not a function).
