    Watch out using frames... They're bad news...

    What you might wanna try is using some simple javascript to open new windows. Here for instance

    <script language="javascript">
    function OpenWindow(url){
    centeredwindow=window.open(url, 'centeredwindow', 'width=300,height=400,left=250,top=100,resizable,s crollbars');
    centeredwindow.focus();
    }
    </script>

    The left and top variables set where the window will fall on the page. Then simply make links like this...

    <a href="javascript: OpenWindow('http://www.site.com');">my link</a>

    If you're very clever you may want to try to and write a piece of javascript that can calculate the width and height of the users screen to generate a position for your centered window.
