I don't understand. Why are you using an /index.html page with different content than www dot abc dot com?

I don't think its intentional. From my understanding he's asking us this question.

OP, can you show us your site?

    Hello,

You can block /index.html page or redirect to homepage. i think its better block this page, Search Engine can't crawl this page.

    Thank you,

    Hi rajesh,

When you enter URL 1) www dot abc dot com and 2) www dot abc dot com/index.html and it opens two different pages. This means your domain is set to another page than index.html. Set index.html as your default page.

cmilinds is correct the .com is your server address; the index.html is a document at the root of you site.
Your default site (on the server) will probably have different default document set (default.htm maybe).
So when you go to the .com address it delivers the default document. When you go to index.html you telling the browser to go to a specific document in your site.
Just set index.html as your default document.
