Opinions on best HTML & CSS book?

I'm looking to learn HTML & CSS. Newbie here that likes to study and learn. Can you guys/gals make suggestions on what books/resources are best? I'm betting that forum members know the good from the bad from the ugly. Lol. Any help and direction much appreciated. Thank you ahead of time!

Things change so quickly that I avoid books and use online sources such as codecademy, EdX, Udemy, w3schools and Stackskills.

w3schools is good. My favorite author is Jon Duckett. He has a great HMTL / CSS book that is up to date, he also just came out with a JavaScript / JQuery book. Would recommend both!
