Having problems with courier transport agency scripts

I am really new to webdesigning , so I got a transport courier agency designed on dreamweaver CC 2015 . HTML and an admin panel with php . The website seams to run perfectly well on wamp server on local computer . But when transferred to the hosting , the admin panel will not login in normally . But when the admin directory is placed on the browser , it seams to open . I dont know how to move ahead with this bug , Any assistance will be highly appreciated . Taking a stab in the dark, did you transfer any databases that are part of the local version?
