    Where do I put some code into my site to protect my email address

    Hi

    I have been advised that to protect the email address on my site I should apply the following code ....: can anyone tell me exactly where to put it with in my wordpress site?

    Cheers

    Dory

    <!doctype html>
    <html>
    <head>
    <title>Protect e-mail with only css</title>
    <style type="text/css">
    .e-mail:before {
    content: attr(data-website) "\0040" attr(data-user);
    unicode-bidi: bidi-override;
    direction: rtl;
    }
    </style>
    </head>
    <body>

    <span class="e-mail" data-user="nohj" data-website="moc.liamg"></span>

    </body>
    </html>

    The style section needs to be added to the .css file of the theme that you are using. Make a child theme first to avoid your theme files to be overwritten when the theme is updated.

    The <span>...</span> section goes into the source code of your page. This is not the WYSIWYG editor, but that tab on that editor to open the page in the plain text source code view.
