CSS registration form example with username/password requirements

I'm trying to find something to base a registration form I'm building off of but I can't seem to do it. I'm looking for a decently-designed CSS registration form that includes username/password complexity requirements in the form. The examples I find online don't indicate complexity requirements (e.g. 1 uppercase letter, a symbol, etc.)

is there anything anyone has seen like this? Thanks.

Apple does a pretty good job of keeping the requirements hidden away until you move to the password field: https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=create

Cool. That's actually close to what I am about 40% through making, so I know it's on the right track...other than Apple's horrible propensity for ignoring contrast ratio, but that's on them, not you. Thanks, Kevin!

That's pretty similar to how I'd have recommended. Care needs to be taken for smaller screen sizes, though. I'm sure Apple is probably browser sniffing and serving the form differently, but that breaks pretty badly if I shrink my screen. What about an accordion-style slide-down?

That's basically what I'm building, Ron...except that I'm doing the slide portion with CSS3. It works pretty well.
