I've always used commas because it looks better but apart from that it shouldn't be that different.
You could always try learning basic HTML at somewhere like www.webmonkey.com which would be an easy solution to the problem

Where about do you add the meta tags on the html?

I recently found a program that will use javascript to compress my html but it also makes part of the html unreadable but viewable in the browsers.

Thanks for the web monkey site. Great stuff.

Meta tags go in the <head></head> section of the document.

Also try www.w3schools.com for beginner questions like this.
