Red face HTML CSS (Image rotation)

Hi everyone, I am still beginner and I need your help to solve this. I want to make the image on my website like my expectation. but I can realize it. this is the capture:
before I give the transform, the image position in bottom of navbar :
    after.jpg
and after I give the transform, the image position on top of navbar:
    df.jpg

I want to make the image have rotation but stay in the bottom of navbar. how I can do this. thanks

Either set the header to position:relative and give it an increased z-index, or set the img to position:relative and give it a negative z-index.

Z-index is the only option here i guess. Kindly let us know if this works for you
