    I'm a novice web designer and recently uploaded a site, the problem i'm having is that i can't get the page to resize within the browser when the browser size is adjusted, or adjust to different screen resolutions! I use Dreamweaver, Can anyone help!

    Post a link. It's very likely that your table size is defined in pixels instead of percents.

    Right here you've given the layer 930 pixels in length:

    Your banner is also 900 pixels wide. This will cause scrolling on 800x600 resolutions. You may want to make the whole design no wider than 780 pixels, so it will fit on the 800x600 res.
