    This should be a simple question...

    What I want is for text to change when I mouseover it. For example, a link could have no text decoration, but have a line-through when moused over. Another example would be for the text/link to change colors when moused over.

    How would I go about doing this? A css or javascript answer would be fine.

    In your CSS file you - if you have an external CSS file do the follwoing:

    a.link1
    {
    font-family: Arial;
    font-size: 12px;
    font-style: normal;
    color: black;
    font-weight: normal;
    text-decoration: none;
    }

    a.link1:hover
    {
    color: red;
    text-decoration: line-through;
    }
