    If you look at lv mtja 24 you will see that most of the urls are like using-this-folder
    If you jumble all the words like the 1st example you have added it will not be too optimized

    I would say the second option is the best thing for SEO. Dividing up each word with dashes make it easier for search engines to find that information. People are not likely to type in "somegreatcontent" into their search. They are more likely to type in "some great content" instead. Dashes reflect that.
