Index.html will not load in public_html folder?

Hey everyone,

I have just started to use Etisalat (UAE) as a domain host but they have horrible customer service so im trying to get help here. When i tried to transfer my "public_html" folder into my new domain host my index.html does not load even after trying to move it around. Heres my website elizabathdinaya.ae

It might be stemming from my .httaccess file from what i have read online:/ any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
