    Welcome to my first post! <table><td> Question.

    So I have a Cs Cart store and I give up on the forums over there, I need a place that is more responsive and helpful, and less -Sell you an addon for everything- I mean if I need it I can by it, but please don't look down on me for trying myself first.

    Question, In the following example my images( Gallery to the right using overflow-x) in my first <tr> always seem to take the size of the text in the second <tr> I cant seem to constrain the Table cell sizes.

    I dont know much about css and I want to know if the way it is nested in cs cart is overriding all the Height width settings I have tried.

    Any pointers would be appreciated.

    Thanks!!

    I'm sorry I do not see any tables in your source code on your site. Its all div/css, so I'm a little confused as to why you are looking to change table values.

    EDIT: I see now where you got tables from. Its a css value. It does not mean the site is in tables though.

    Working with the div tags if you are not already using it, you should use Firefox as your browser and then click close to or in the area you want to make changes to and right click and choose "Inspect Element (Q)". This will bring up the code for that specific area so you can work with it. As you move your mouse it will highlight the div tag areas to give you an idea of where they are and how much room they encompass.

    That being said, from your post I gather that you are interested in changing the width of those div columns within the page. The far left image gallery div tag consists of:

    Code:
    <div class="ty-product-block__img-wrapper">

                                                <div class="ty-product-block__img cm-reload-700" id="product_images_700_update">

    <div class="ty-product-img cm-preview-wrapper">
    <a id="det_img_link_7005ae2301ba534a_1292" data-ca-image-id="preview[product_images_7005ae2301ba534a]" class="cm-image-previewer cm-previewer ty-previewer" data-ca-image-width="884" data-ca-image-height="1004" href="http://allcrests.com/images/detailed/1/5X7Framed_h88m-gs.jpg" title=""><img class="ty-pict     cm-image" id="det_img_7005ae2301ba534a_1292" src="http://allcrests.com/images/thumbnails/280/318/detailed/1/5X7Framed_h88m-gs.jpg" alt="" title="" data-cloudzoom="zoomImage: &quot;http://allcrests.com/images/detailed/1/5X7Framed_h88m-gs.jpg&quot;" style="-moz-user-select: none;">
    <span class="ty-previewer__icon hidden-phone"></span></a>

                                            <a id="det_img_link_7005ae2301ba534a_1302" data-ca-image-id="preview[product_images_7005ae2301ba534a]" class="cm-image-previewer hidden cm-previewer ty-previewer" data-ca-image-width="868" data-ca-image-height="962" href="http://allcrests.com/images/detailed/1/5X7_2.jpg" title=""><img class="ty-pict     cm-image" id="det_img_7005ae2301ba534a_1302" src="http://allcrests.com/images/thumbnails/280/310/detailed/1/5X7_2.jpg" alt="" title="" data-cloudzoom="zoomImage: &quot;http://allcrests.com/images/detailed/1/5X7_2.jpg&quot;">

                <input name="no_cache" value="1" type="hidden">
            <div class="ty-center ty-product-bigpicture-thumbnails_gallery"><div class="cm-image-gallery-wrapper ty-thumbnails_gallery ty-inline-block"><div class="ty-product-thumbnails cm-image-gallery" id="images_preview_7005ae2301ba534a"><div class="cm-item-gallery ty-float-left"><a data-ca-gallery-large-id="det_img_link_7005ae2301ba534a_1292" class="cm-gallery-item cm-thumbnails-mini active ty-product-thumbnails__item" style="width: 35px"><img class="ty-pict     cm-image" id="det_img_7005ae2301ba534a_1292_mini" src="http://allcrests.com/images/thumbnails/35/35/detailed/1/5X7Framed_h88m-gs.jpg" alt="" title="">

    </a></div></div>
                </div>
            </div>

                            <!--product_images_700_update--></div>

                </div>
    To change the width of the div column look for ".ty-product-block__img-wrapper" in your css.

    If you are looking to change the column size for the content to the right of the gallery try to change the width value for ".ty-product-detail .ty-product-block__left" in your css. So maybe try to add a width to this value as there does not seem to be one. Sometimes this works sometimes not depending upon the code surrounding it. So it looks like your current css for that block is:

    Code:
    .ty-product-detail .ty-product-block__left {
        box-sizing: border-box;
        padding-right: 200px;
    }
    Perhaps try...

    Code:
    .ty-product-detail .ty-product-block__left {
        box-sizing: border-box;
        padding-right: 200px;
        width:100%;
        overflow:hidden;
    }
    Or take out "overflow:hidden" and change the width to an actual pixel or percentage size you want there.

    Sometimes you have to try a few things to find the right thing that works.
