    For those of you with an eagle eye for the source code, can you please look at the HTML and tell me why Dreamweaver is giving me a gap between the top image and the bottom image?

    From what I can tell, the top image and row are 112 pixels high, the bottom of the "V" and the bottom row are 30 pixels high, and the whole table itself is 142 pixels high.

    Why the gap???

    Well if you mean that huge gap that looks about the right size to type in a line of text, it's because of the </A> in the following line:
    <TD width=485 colSpan=2 height=112><A
    href="http://www.vellosoft.com/index.html"><IMG height=112 alt=vellosoft
    src="Vellosoft -_files/vtop.gif" width=580 border=0></A></TD>

    To fix the tiny gap when someone is looking at it online, you'll need this: <TABLE height=142 width=720 border=0 cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">

    It's the gap between the top part of the logo and the bottom part of the letter "V". I can't seem to get them connected even though both the cells seem to be exactly the height of the graphics within.

    Just updated the above post to add this:

    <TABLE height=142 width=720 border=0 cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">

    you'll need both cellspacing and cellpadding to equal 0.

    No problemo. FYI, to figure it out, I just made a 2 row, 1 column table and fooled around with the options that DW gave me. By the look of it I knew something had to be zeroed out to get rid of the invisible border, experimentation led me to the correct solution.
