I need help to make the photo to show up in the Carousel

I am studying a project that uses bootstrap where there is a slide show.

However, the photo just won't show up.

Please find attached the Inspector from firefox web development tool where it shows the css and the html5 layout.

I hope someone can tell me how to go about correcting the html5 bootstrap in order for the image to be loaded.

There is no further indication why the image can't be loaded so I hope someone can help me on this.

First of all, check your Console if you got a 404 error
