If anyone skilled in coding has a moment, could they tell me how to get that mouseover effect off of the top banner? It's rather annoying (and ugly). It doesn't seem to follow "normal" mouseover "rules". It actually just looks like the browser is reloading that image everytime the mouse leaves.

    Thanks a ton in advance.

Why does the image have a class "backimage". The backimage class has a hover effect that may be causing that. Also, don't define the image's width as 100% - define it in pixels. I'd take out the class and redefine the width. Not only does the banner blink in IE, but it doesn't show up at all in Mozilla.

I'm not familiar with the phpBB template, can't help you there. I just looked at the source of your homepage.
