U know the way u can have frames on ur web site so u can click a button on one from and load the new page in the other frame and it dosnt refresh navigation page. Is there any way you can do that with tables.

SO you could have it like this site with one scroll bar at the side for the whole site, and have the top e.g. the web design forums banner that doesnt refresh on clikc a button

    if u understand

    cheers

First, in the future, please write using standard English conventions.
On that note, no. The only way you can make a navbar or the-likes load a page without reloading the whole window is by using frames or iFrames. Tables are part of the navigation page, not a linked-to page, so to change them you must change the navigation page
Whoth steps forth to mock the teal? Whom couldst say a color superior!

Proclamith me, it cannot be done.
