    Hello !
    I have a problem with my site, on my IE I see the pages as I intended but I checked it on a Mac (safari and IE),then on my own pc with mozilla and opera (latest versions) and they are ignoring my css
    this is my code below, maybe is there something wrong? how come IE is the only browser following my CSS ?

    /* CSS Document */

    }
    A:link, A:visited, A:active {
    text-decoration: none;
    color: #660000;
    }
    A:hover {
    text-decoration: none;
    color: #FF9900;
    }
    .links {
    color: #990000;
    text-decoration: none;
    font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
    }
    H1 { color: black; font-family: times }

    BODY {
    scrollbar-face-color: #4E4246;
    scrollbar-highlight-color: #DDDDDD;
    scrollbar-3dlight-color: #FFFFFF;
    scrollbar-darkshadow-color: #646464;
    scrollbar-shadow-color: #4B4B4B;
    scrollbar-arrow-color: #660000;
    scrollbar-track-color: #CEC5C5;
    }
    body {background-color: #CEC5C5;
    }

    Thank you,

    Well where is your site at? Also this H1 { color: black; font-family: times } line should be this H1 { color: black; font-family: times; } (you forgot the semicolon)

    Hi borderline, and welcome to WDF!

    I would imagine that your problem lies here:

    Code:
    /* CSS Document */

    }
    A:link, A:visited, A:active {
    text-decoration: none;
    color: #660000;
    }
    The syntax for a "chunk" of css is as follows:

    Code:
    selector {
       prop: value;
       prop: value;
    }
    You have stopped the browser reading any more CSS by the } that i have highlighted in your code.

    Remove that and it should work!

    Thank you so much Borior, it seems to be working fine after I changed what you said, I checked on my Mozilla browser and it looks fine, I'll check on a Mac soon and hopefully it will be alright

    Thanks again ;-)
